2. Shipping Coverage
We deliver to 18,850+ pin codes across India through our logistics partner Delhivery
. This includes:
All major metropolitan cities
Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
Remote locations (subject to service availability)
Serviceable Areas: Before placing an order, please verify that your pin code is serviceable. If your location is non-serviceable, you will be notified at checkout or within 24 hours of order placement with a full refund.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines
We offer the following shipping options through Delhivery:

Delivery Timeline: 2-4 business days
Coverage: All major cities and towns
Best For: Urgent deliveries, lightweight items
3.2 Surface Express (Road)
Delivery Timeline:
Same state/region: 2-4 business days
Cross-state: 3-7 business days
Remote areas: 5-10 business days
Coverage: Pan-India including remote locations
Best For: Heavy items, cost-effective shipping
3.3 Same-Day/Next-Day Delivery
Availability: Select pin codes only (major cities)
Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. Delhivery operates on industry-leading Turn Around Time (TAT) across both Air and Surface modes

6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you can track its status through:

7. Delivery Terms
7.1 Delivery Attempts
Standard: 3 delivery attempts will be made on consecutive business days
Failed Delivery: After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to us (RTO – Return to Origin)
Re-delivery: Additional charges may apply for re-shipping
7.2 Delivery Verification
OTP Verification: Required for high-value orders (above ₹5,000)
ID Proof: May be required for verification at delivery
Recipient Availability: Please ensure someone is available to receive the package
7.3 Partial Deliveries
In case of multi-item orders, items may be shipped separately based on availability. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
8. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to:
P.O. Box addresses
Military bases (restricted areas)
International destinations (currently India-only)
Non-serviceable pin codes as determined by Delhivery
Restricted Items: Certain products (hazardous materials, liquids, fragile items) may have shipping restrictions. This will be indicated on the product page.
9. Delays & Force Majeure
While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:
Extreme weather conditions
Natural disasters
Public holidays and Sundays
Strikes or logistical disruptions
Pandemic-related restrictions
Remote location accessibility
Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, or carrier delays

In case of significant delays, we will notify you via email/SMS and provide updated delivery estimates.
10. Lost or Damaged Shipments
10.1 Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged:
Do not accept the package if damage is visible on outer packaging
If accepted, document damage with photos/videos immediately
We will file a claim with Delhivery and process a replacement or refund
10.2 Lost Shipments
If tracking shows no update for 7 days beyond estimated delivery:
Contact us immediately with your Order ID
We will initiate a trace with Delhivery
If confirmed lost, we will process a full refund or replacement within 5 business days
10.3 Insurance
All shipments are insured up to the declared value of goods. Claims for lost/damaged goods require cooperation in providing necessary documentation.
11. Address Changes
Before Dispatch: Address can be modified free of charge by contacting us within 2 hours of order placement.
After Dispatch: Address modification is not possible once the package is handed over to Delhivery. In exceptional cases, a ₹99 redirection fee may apply (subject to Delhivery’s policies).
Incorrect Address: If delivery fails due to incorrect address provided by customer, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
12. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
COD available for orders up to ₹10,000 (subject to pin code eligibility)
Customer must pay the full amount before opening the package
OTP verification mandatory for COD orders above ₹5,000
Delhivery offers free early COD remittance to merchants, ensuring faster processing of your refunds
13. Return to Origin (RTO) Policy
If a package is returned to us undelivered due to:
Customer refusal
3 failed delivery attempts
Incorrect/incomplete address
Customer unavailability
RTO Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Re-shipping will require fresh payment of shipping fees.
For logistics-specific issues, we will escalate with Delhivery on your behalf
Delhivery One platform provides dedicated service representatives for prompt resolution
